    Poem: Blessed Scene – 10/09/21

    The garden’s greenery embraces me,
    wonder seen, euphoria breathed,
chest heaving, visions to believe in,
bountiful Earth entities, flickering leaves, reaching twigs,
    encroaching branches,
to my life, they have been given.

I marvel at the sights all around,
the gentle wisp of accompanying windy sounds,
the soft gusts here and there
which spread subtle fragrance in the air,
it is without a care that I exist in this land,
sitting in my stained oak outside chair,
    and wondering to myself,
what did I do to deserve this,
    sights and sounds,
    perfection everywhere?

    The twittering of distant birds,
    and soft automobile travels,
    off for a lark?
    Unlikely, in this world climate,
but still we live to have a laugh,
or at least smile, appreciating Nature’s
    work of art,
    knowingly or unknowingly,
I will continue to exist within this breeze
    of intent,
goddess or gods’ efforts well spent,
    as they bluster now,
    heavier, more breeze,
but effervescent, it’s as though bubbles of brightness
    are purposeful, here, and well-meant.

    I relax back now,
    adoring the visions some more,
    brightness shines in my eyes,
greenery and hues of natural rainbows,
even artificial hues do not bore,
    colour schemes and blustering trees,
whistling, wonder what’s transported in spirit
    between those leaves?
    Blessed am I indeed
to have this scene all for me.

    Poem: Precious Penny – 14/07/21

    And here we are,
    oysters, with caressing shells,
    guarding our precious cargo,
    treasures which bloomed,
    prized is our interior,
    luminescent, pearlescent factors,
    created by us,
    we are magicians,
    view our splendour,
    sorcery,
    shall we slay the mirror?

    For, creation,
    this semblance of wonder
    in our lives,
    the more I enter my
    inner being, the more
    I find my, our
    potential utterly amazing,
    to have created something
    from barely anything,
    such beauty,
    astounding.

    While pink is mine,
    yours is blue,
    together we ballooned
    with satisfaction and bliss,

    off the beaten track,
    lean in for a kiss,
    the farmer reaches in
and wrenches Little She from me,

    and now, darling,
    bereft I am,
    so empty,
they have taken away my precious penny,
but it was meant to be this way.
    I create, they harvest,
    I am forlorn,
    used,
    but truly, before the thieving,
I’m always treated like their princess.

    Prose: Celestial Beings – 30/03/21

I wonder where we go as we sleep; I wonder where we travel within our dreams. Do we rise from our consciousness, into the cluster of the atmosphere, smiling, giggling, intertwining? I understand that some won’t dream, while others are cloaked with an ailment of not being able to see, while others are afforded the opportunity of recollection; they remember their dreams. Their moments of deep introspection.

Sadly though, some dream less devout, illness encompasses them, and they’d better off images be without. Their hardened hearts, their swift take, take, take, of whatever they can from the fellow man, well, why, this is their dream, and I know that it should be wiped away, vanished, completely unseen.

But, I want to talk about travel with celestial beings, not travel with the average, untoward man upon the Earth and down below. I wish to sing the beings’ praises, while knowing that I don’t know how to exist within the memories without saving them, although what I can do is immerse myself in their potency so greatly that the sensation at least won’t ever be forgotten.

Their glowing brightness, their ability to sing, sing, sing, heralding the coming of better things, and I know, I understand, I realise, that this path I am on each night, is the right one, despite the lessened waking hours, despite my inability to remain asleep, despite everything, I am able to revisit my celestial beings.

It does not matter that I cannot recall them in my thinking. They are there, I know it.
