Prose Poetry: Movement – 24/10/19

Movement swirling about my mind, looking for little chasms to rest. To parade and fly can be dandy, but growing opportunities and situations present as a test. The gaps in the countryside are special to explore as they can be, but the Wind begs to rest himself; he has travelled too far, and with lessening ease.

Free the hurricanes, the gusting winds, allow the movements to fly with no delicateness, please! Let them gust and blow, until tomorrow or future morrows, where they shall land and hide is anyone’s guess. Little hurricanes now circle little chasms, and aren’t they so beautiful to witness. A delicate mess, if you will. The Wind lays down his weary head, feeling utterly blessed.

I’m trying to learn to write in prose and prose poetry. It’s hard to switch back and forth.

Keep at it, it’ll become easier with time. I’m not even sure if I’m doing it correctly! By the way, you words on your “Welcome” post on your blog resonated with me. We share similarities.

Oh wow. Life is hard right now. But I think it has been tougher for me in the past. Feel free to discuss anything, anytime with me. I may understand what you’re going through.

I’m sorry that things are hard for you at the moment. And I thank you for your kind offer to discuss anything, I do appreciate it. Things are going okay for myself right now, I have experienced much worse, and I’m glad for the stability I have right now. I also extend an offer to you to share anything you’re going through. It can be terrible to be isolated when one just needs an ear to listen.

Thanks. Fortunately, I have 2 or 3 other roomates, so I’m not totally alone. I just don’t know anyone in the new town I moved to. In fact, I don’t know many people from back home these days either. Loneliness is getting to me.

I understand. For me, even being in a new suburb was isolating, but being in a new town without knowing anyone must be far worse. How do you spend your spare time? Would there maybe be a writing group in your town that you could find online?

Thanks, happy to help. I’m not sure if this app is just based in my country, but you may be able to find a group on Meetup app.
